Reflection:
This course allowed me learn how to enhance a website using CSS styling and Javascript. I learned how to effectively style a web site that has multiple pages, creating exciting features from a light box to a working chalkboard. This course taught me how to make a websites more professional, interactive and interesting for the user.
Learning to code has been the best surprise from graduate school. I have been inspired to start a small company helping educators, friends and family with their their own websites. I look forward to using these skills for my own personal development and teaching children in the hospital a fun skill while they are receiving treatment.
For my final project I decided to create a website for kids, called Storytelling for Kids. The goal was to create something to inspire kids to start a blog or a vlog. This was a fun project to highlight all the skills we learned in the mini projects.
