- Edutopia Article - I was a guest blogger for Edutopia, which is George Lucas' Educational Foundation. I wrote about teacher support for children undergoing medical treatment. I was able to outline how to educate and support the classroom if you have a student with an illness or injury.
- GetWell Education Workgroup - The purpose of the workgroup is to update and create new innovative tools to teach patients and their families about different aspects of the hospital using bedside education through our GetWell Network (our interactive educational and entertainment in-room system)

- ISD project - For this project I worked in a group of 5 as the project manager. We collaborated on this unique project to empower teachers to utilize Google Cardboard in the classroom. We had a solid team contract and roles. This made the project a great example of shared decision making and community building as there was a mutual respect of each other.
- Concept Map - Virtual Reality - The concept map was a group effort in Technology to Enhance Learning. We were able to look at 4 areas that show using Virtual Reality can benefit; teacher roles, learning assessments, learning activities, learning goals. Highlighting Virtual Reality offers tools for educators working with children in the classroom and out of the classroom.

- Child Life Bulletin - The Quest - The Technology Integration Committee has been given a column in the Association of Child Life Professionals quarterly newsletter called Bits and Bytes, sharing research and resources for Child Life Specialists. I wrote the first column for the spring issue. (page 32, Spring issue 2017)
- Assessing Meaningful Learning project - The purpose of the lesson plan is to learn about the separate human body components and the systems that work to together to construct the human body into a functioning unit.
I added adaptions to each category for pediatric patients.

- CBAM-Digital Citizenship - For the CBAM project I chose the Digital Citizenship program for my research and its use at the K-8th grade local school where my children attend and I volunteer. Common Sense Media is the go-to program for the school in acquiring lessons and providing resources for parents/ caregivers.
- Diffusions of Innovation / Adopter Discussion - during this discussion I wrote about utilizing the iPad for Child Life teaching albums in relation to the Heart Transplant study. This contributes to self-renewal of the educator in the community.
